Needs Assessment

Understanding each apprentice’s barriers and recommendations for planning support.

We can arrange needs assessments for apprentices who may require additional learning support, reasonable adjustments, Assistive Technology or specialist intervention.

The assessment explores the apprentice’s individual circumstances, learning needs, workplace demands, training environment and any barriers affecting their ability to engage fully with the programme.

Following the assessment, a report is produced setting out the recommended support.

Where a provider already has in-house support, the assessment can help identify what can be delivered internally and where additional specialist input may be needed.
